Flavia, born in Brazil, is a dedicated mother and the Head Coach & General Manager of Bayshore Elite Gymnastics.

As a former competitive gymnast and professional performer, she brings 30+ years of experience coaching gymnastics, teaching dance, and choreographing musicals.
